Organizational Profile :

CDS is governed by trustees. The Executive Director looks after the day today operations. The Deputy Director, Finance Manager, Marketing Manager and Senior Project Officer help in managing the activities. There are 12 project officers, 4 field workers, 2 social workers, 2 community health staff, 3 house keeping staff, 1 centre manager, and 3 administrative staff who work to manage the seven branches and large number of clients.
Community Services :
Being a social and charitable organization CDS is providing social services, child development projects, primary health care and education to under privileged community. This service supports our Micro Enterprise Development Programme. In villages, programmes like free medical consultation, immunization and basic medical care are implemented. The expenses are met through grants and donations.

Present Target Area :

At present CDS is operating from Nagpur (MS-India), and through its several branches in the region with the existent infrastructure and staff.

Future Plans :

The Trustees and staff have vision to expand it's ministry of poverty alleviation in all the 28 districts of Maharashtra State. By 2010 AD, in-service training to staff for building their capacity, upgrading computer equipment, recurring and training new staff for expansion of future work.
